Debating

A debate is a structured argument on a given topic that takes place between 2 teams of 3.  The affirmative team argues for the topic, while the negative team argues against the topic.  The first speaker in a debate is the first speaker for the affirmative team. Watch an online debate example here or watch it below. (Please note that the debate is American so some of the terminology is slightly different to what we would use in Australia).
